I am pleased to provide you with this proposal for developing a web site for OUT OF THE BOX PUBLISHING. This document intends to outline the services to be provided with a preliminary time line for implementation.

OBJECTIVE – PHASE I

Develop a website for OUT OF THE BOX PUBLISHING that would act as a showcase for the services offered by your company. The design would incorporate improved access and navigation while allowing for future updates and modifications.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

CYBEREX will provide the following services:

·  Design a web site using company color schemes, include content management capabilities, and modify the design to allow search engine optimization.  The new design would include the following pages:

o   Home Page

o   About Us

o   Testimonials

o   Contact Us

o   2 Additional Pages TBD

·  Incorporate links to partner sites

·  Basic Search Engine Optimization for up to 6 pages

·  Web site installation on compatible server

This proposal includes concept development, graphical design, programming, regular progress reports and installation.

I. Graphics Design

The Graphics design will incorporate the use of company colors and allow for easy access to product information as stated in the Site Map.

II. Page Construction

The website design will incorporate content management software which makes future changes to the site much quicker, saving modification costs
